So how much of the draft is Telesco, and how much is John Boy? Johnny sits in the chair above Telesco and he’s supposedly heavily involved. I think a lot has to do with the scouting group. Either they can’t ID good candidates or the FO (John Boy) doesn’t listen to them.

I'm not sure they'll even get him an assistant head coach - he has that in his mentor Stewart already. I suspect (fear?) the extent of our coaching staff shakeup is to replace Stewart. And we'll have another year of clock mismanagement, idiotic play calling in crunch time, and a play not to lose mentality that will come back to hurt us over and over again.
