If Lynn stays, which I think he will - Stewart needs to "retire" and Gus needs to be "transitioned"

Either way - Telesco needs to do a better job of building the OL and fixing ST witha kicker and better coverage people

A decent ST coach would have been worth a couple of wins this year. I don't think there's anything about the Chargers that gives me more anxiety than lining up for a punt or FG

Agree, but just a new ST coach is not enough to get us over the hump.

Seems nothing is going to happen then. Just a wek or two ago it was said coaching changes are coming now Gus may not even get canned?
It will be a sour pill next season if Gus and Stewart are retained. Id like Lynn to go as well but if they dont at least address DC and STs......just more to dislike about ownership.

I think he’s going to hire your guy Daboll from the Bills. Herbert bought him and probably this entire organization one more chance. At least they recognize it I guess.

I'm nervous about likely losing Hamilton now. If it's true he was instrumental in Herbert's immediate and sustained success then keeping Hamilton seems to be more important than who our next HC will be.I mean don't fuck up what you have going for you.

Agreed, but I think Pep was going to be in high demand this off-season either way. If you won't to let Steichen go & promote Pep that may be the way to go.

I hope the whole staff is gone. Id like to keep Pep but if he goes, he goes.
