        Fox out.....Wow....im shocked at this one. Who eould have thought things were that bad in the front office that Eleay would pull a dick maneuver like this to a coach thats done so well.

        Very shocked indeed. And they are saying the assistants are still on board but can pursue options.

        I can see this affecting Mannings decision. This really could set things awry with his decision making....

            Del Rio had one pretty good season with the Jags, made the AFC Championship game.

            But other than that, he was nothing special. Now, they do have a decent qb to build around. But that is the key, build. Can he build a team from the ground up?

            He doesn't scare me, and maybe I'm wrong.
