Marino was the better QB. I love Rivers. I also say he is definitely a Hall of Famer. But Marino was better.

Yep. 4th round. Im not sure how hes doing. I wasnt a huge fan. There are guys with 1st round grades i think have higher ceilings. You never know though. That team is built to win right now. I think Watson stays and has likely been told Bienemy will get the gig. So they may be buyers.

I think it's going to happen but in Ten years...why? Because the sport announcers will get tired of comparing Rivers Stats to other elite QBs and he's not in the Hall of Fame. The one thing that will hold him back is no Superbowl appearances.

Rivers will get into the HoF. It may not be in year 1 if he’s going against Brees and BRoeth, but he’ll get in. The stats are too impressive. Plus he NEVER missed a start.

As to being an announcer, Bill Simmons has been saying for awhile that he thinks Rivers would be great. Before Romo retired Simmons was predicting that Romo was gonna be awesome in the booth. I’ve heard speculation that he’d be a great addition to the MNF booth.

Rivers would be a good announcer. But I think he yearns the simple things in life. So I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s perfectly happy coaching high school the rest of his life.
