I feel really old when I realize that Brees and Rivers are not going to be in the NFL anymore.

Doesn't sound like anything Rivers would want to do AT ALL. McCown was doing that for a reason. He was an after thought in his career and it was a way to stick around and make easy money til he had to play lol. Rivs dont need the money.

Beside that, this Practice Squad with veterans is going away when the Covid pandemic gets downgraded to the annual flu, probably in a few months with the vaccine rollout

I actually liked the idea of being able to protect players, what not - but enjoy retirement Philip

Trade them the 13th pick so they can grab a QB. Or they sell the farm for Watson.

I think they nabbed Eason last draft, didnt they? I wonder how that kid is doing...Herbert arm talent...but he might be kind of a brick....
