Lacking physical tools, technique, passion? Is there much more ceiling?
Pipkins was just really raw. COVID offseason last year meant no time with new OL coaches. So that didn’t help.

All I know is, Pip seems to allow a lot of pressures. Judging by his metrics, looks like his strength and agility are way below average:

I wonder if he’s any good and is a scheme fit:

He had a pretty good RAS score when we drafted him in the third round.

I recon that someone from FO (maybe TT) saying after we drafted Pipkins he had perfect frame for modern OT and that is something you can't coach up.

What is the date on that data? I'm curious what a comparison looks like between 2019 strength & agility tests and now. If there's no improvement, then he may in fact be a wasted pick. There's no excuse for not putting in the work to improve basics. If, on the other hand, he has done so, let's give the new staff a shot at working with him.

That can't be true. Why would they draft him then if his technique and experience was so raw?

His agility is in the top half for his position which is more than fine.
His overall strength profile was terrible and has improved from when these metrics were taken before the draft.
He worked with John Lott for 2 years. Lott is an Olympic caliber S&C coach.
Pip also worked out last spring/summer at Tevi’s home gym he had built in his garage. It was on Hard Knocks.
Pip needed strength, technique, and game speed work. The level of competition is just such a monster keep of talent to face. This year he should show marked improvement in hopefully only an occasional OST role.
