Leatherwood is not gonna make it as a tackle. Question is if he can slide inside.
There’s something about Leatherwood’s body language that just doesn’t sit well with me. I’ve been noticing it for a while. Maybe that’s petty but I’d avoid him all together.
Any thoughts on Daelin Hayes(sp?), the Edge from ND?
Had that really good bend, like Joey.
Being from Nofre Dame, TT MUST have his eye on him!
I like Daelin Hayes. He’s got some good traits, But tends to disappear from game tape at times. Kinda like what they used to say about Tillery. When he’s on, he’s on. When he’s not, he can become a non-factor. I Worth a low 3rd-4th IMO.

First question, "How much do you love football?". Lazy guys don't get unlazy when they get paid.
Elerson Smith was only 190 lbs going into college. In the 2019 tape I’ve seen he looks 230-240ish. So I was shocked when he weighed in at 262 at the Senior Bowl. That tells me the kid’s been training hard and getting stronger during his year off. It’s impressive and shows he really wants it.
I had a 4-5 round grade on him before this week, but after the weigh-in and game performance, I’ve elevated his stock. Not sure if he’d be an immediate contributor, but if we sign Floyd he’d have time to develop behind Floyd and Nwosu.
That’s disappointing about Jordan Smith. I’ve got a 3rd round grade on him as well.
DeMarcus Ware started out as 190 lb WR at Troy. That worked out well.
One of my SEMI-pro teammates played WR there. That's my 6 degrees to Kevin Bacon. Lol!

I know what you mean...a lot of times he drops all pretense of technique...he is very wild, relying on his pure size and strength...and you figure after returning to school for another year, he would have improved his play discipline. I try to be charitable and put him in the second tier group of OT's...but I am like you. Not sure he will ever translate as a good oline player in the NFL....at least not at tackle. Which is kinda sad, cuz he is a beast, and I won't fault his effort...he just doesn't play well...
Brady Christensen is grossly underrated and a perfect scheme fit.
Relax Trenchers.
There's mid round starters to be snagged.
Trey Smith...what a steal at LG he would be in the 3rd/4th...but I can't sell myself on it completely...the blood clot thing. I wouldn't denounce the pick, if it was, in fact, in a middle round...but I won't hope for it...got short career written all over him.

Maybe you can circle back to Leatherwood's body language next.
Trey Smith is an excellent round two prospect who will manage his meds and their side effects.
