Herbert is a Chargers fan, we can't do that to him....

However, I think the Rams paid too much for Stafford (2021 3rd & 2022 1st should be more than enough...)

    Go Bolts!!!

They had to overpay to get Detroit to take on Goff and his contract. He still has 43 million in guaranteed money on it.

All this crap is via yardbarker site and starts out with the opinion that SW is currently a better QB than JH, which is true at this time.

'Watson was apparently upset with what he perceived as the franchise's failure to fully integrate him into the franchise's searches for a general manager and head coach.

Picky picky, but his team DID finish 4-12 losing their last 5 games.

"By virtue of his no-trade clause and the threat of being a non-performing high-value asset, Watson has leverage over the Texans. The Texans, by virtue of having the NFL's most prized asset available for trade in at least a decade, have leverage over teams wanting Watson's services."

Guess we'll know pretty soon which owner shells out the doe-ray-mee.

are the Rams completely barren of picks this year? They're not gonna have 1st rd picks for the next 3 drafts!!! IMO Stafford is not worth that kinda capital but I guess the Rams had to sweeten the deal to get that contract off their hands.

Usually in the NFL after a trade you can just cut a player with no commitment, but it looks like Goff has his contract guaranteed for at least two more seasons.

Justins cap hit is minute compared to Watsons. We cant know if Herbert is going to keep this up but you look at the rookie qbs that hit those records ....Luck, Manning....they all learned and performed early and were elite level top 5 type qbs. I like our chances keeping Herbert that in 15 games produced over 4300 yards....you are talking 4600 yards if a full season and over 33 tds,,,,for a rookie under a Steichen offense that lost their talented pass catching RB for half the season? We will have more cap space to go get talent with Herberts contract and would be handicapped by Watsons.

To net it out....we hit the F’in jackpot of a situation and we have a bag full of ammo in $ to spend on talent around Herbert now....why would you want to screw up a GMs wet dream here??!

Quite possibly the stupidest thread ever...
The TPB makes plans....And Jim Harbaugh laughs...

Final prediction: Latham OT, Colson LB, Sainristil CB,Rice WR, Zinter OG, Nourzad OC, MacLachlan TE, Vidal RB, Lovett DT

It's the 'off season'. Besides that, some fans seem to be obsessed with the idea that every rumor meant to destroy this team must be explored.

Texans don’t even have a 1st in the next 2 drafts. In no way does this trade proposition make any sense at all.
