Trey has 2021 and 2022 to prove himself unless we really can find someone who is outplaying him to take his roster spot. Many OL take until the 3rd or 4th year to develop, so he will continue to have some time. But he was drafted in the 3rd round because he has the tools to be an elite OT. He needs to start to play like that, or he is going to be looking for another team at the end of 2022 (or after camp that season) if his play doesn't start to improve.

We MUST continue to try and develop young OL.
Length on the outside.
Power inside.
I see us using a combo of what Lombardi was part of in NE and
Patrick Smith in LV
plus
Shanahan SF, Green Bay type stuff.
Wide Zone and Gap/Power mix.We do not play modern football.

Oday went to my alma mater Xaverian High School in Brooklyn and was coached there by my one of my best men in my wedding, been following his career for some time. Nice depth signing and high character. Also pretty cool a player from my HS plays on the Bolts.Last edited by chargers_22; 04-05-2021, 10:53 AM.
