Our OL has been one entire red flag for almost 7 years.
I think I saw someone (maybe on another board) say something like "we're spending too much money on the OL." LOL.
We're already going into the season with one unknown in Watt....Rinehart is gone...Porkchops? I'm guessing TT has one move left on the OL, be it FA or a draft pick. But at this point in Rivers' career....nothing other than a SUBSTANTIAL upgrade is acceptable. Enough is enough.ESPN Screename: GoBolts02Comment

I agree with you, and while I seriously doubt that Telesco is done with the OL, even if he was, we can put Watt in at RG, use Robinson at C (I feel like he was the best fill-in at C last year) with Legursky backing him up. We have Ohrnberger, Sirles, Porkchops & Wiggins backing up the guard spot (forgot we had Baca at C backup too) and we could always bring Watts back up.Originally posted by Boltx View PostComment

If we were to sign Wisniewski to play Center, that would leave Watt free to play the position he played in college. And we could still spend a high draft pick (2nd round) on the OL. Bolstering the OL in such a fashion would prove, to me at least, that they are serious.
But I agree with Dr. D...just re-signing Dunlap and signing Franklin is not nearly enough.Comment
