Great athletic play but I still can't figure out why he just laid there and did not get up and run? He would have had 10-20 yards on that return (at least) and in the context of the game at that point, that yardage was huge! The Ty Long shank was right after his pick and really only reset the field by 45 yards or so (I think). Anyway, amazing play but gotta keep your head in the game as well.

Another DB came over and kinda patted him on the back so he could have thought he was touched down there. Return would have been nice there but I’ll take the diving INT with no return anytime.

I am sure this will be talked about in the DB room. As will Mike Vato Davis being tackled ever so gently by the 114 pound Micole Hardman on the second fumble return. Like being choked by a really weak midget.

I think ASJ is the type of player that gets hungrier (not complacent) when recognition starts trickling in.
