He’s in the lead for rookie of the week. As it stands now, it’s 52% Asante, 44% Chase.
I think ASJ is the type of player that gets hungrier (not complacent) when recognition starts trickling in.

Other teams are gonna be kicking themselves that he slipped to the middle of the second round. Especially because he has the same name as his dad, who was one of the best defensive backs in the NFL for a good length of time.
