Yes and no? Was he blind sided by this game? Yes...but...what has he really done to prevent breakdowns like this. They are now habit forming. I think if we have another 6 winnable games that we lose, and we miss the playoffs, I'll help him pack his bags.

That's exactly what you should not be ok with. The team is built to win today. It is an aging group that with a few exceptions will need major replacements.
We have a franchise QB and if we don't win this year he will be in year 5 next year with the vets one year older.

In my humble opinion the Chargers FO made a major mistake in hiring a HC with no experience to guide a talent like Herbert. Staley is the kind of HC you
hire when you're in no hurry to win a championship.

Think there's any chance in hell a guy like Harbaugh would retain Moore, or would Moore even want to stay in that scenario?

For as hard as I've been on Herbert, it would suck to have to have him learn yet another new system. At least under Harbaugh he could focus on being more of a game manager type, where he might actually do better.

Harbaugh has no problem running the football and being physical on offense.
