He's gotta be mindfucked anyway especially after Staley pulled him from that 4th down attempt, and then missing two XPs.

I’m giving the kid a chance for a while yet.
His KO go through the endzone at will.
Not taking him off the hook BUT he better kick lights out the next few games.

Tony Romo mentioned the wind a few times in regards to passes drifting.
XP are the distance of a decent FG, and the percentage has dropped with the new distance. However, most kicks under 50, should be pretty automatic.
The choice for getting a kicker is to either pay a ton and/or trade for a experienced guy, or put up with the growing pains of a younger K. Koo, Money Badger, Lambo were all younger kickers who have shown something, but got let go. 2 of those 3 are now a pretty good kickers in the first stop since leaving us (although Lambo is struggling right now).
Is Vizcano ready to step up or not? Cutting him is the emotional way to go, but think about Koo (NFC pro bowl kicker last year) and Lambo was another. But just under half the teams in football are in about the same boat as us ... they have a young kicker who was either recently or is currently inconsistent. You can't just say you want to find someone who is more consistent and they go order off the menu and get the guy. At some point, someone has to develop these guys. If we don't do it ourselves, we still need to get lucky and get one off the street.
