The Chargers again though didn’t try to help Norton much in terms of an additional TE to block or a RB to block.
I’m curious to see the PFF grades for Norton.Tom Telesco’s Results in 9 years as Chargers GM:
- 69-74 record
- 0 division titles in 9 yrs as GM
- Worst record among all active GMs with same tenure
- 6th worst winning percentage among all active GMs overall
- 2 playoff wins despite elite QB all 9 yrs
- Team still has the same weaknesses (Oline and run defense) that it had when hired as GM in 2013
- Consistently puts together horrible depth, expects starters to never miss games

Waller is a good TE-receiver, but Kelce is better.

Raiders defense is improved under Gus because they have a front 4 who can get good pressure so his reticense to blitz isn't an issue. Maxx Crosby is a game wrecker and wrecked games against us before.
On offense, they can run the ball and we can expect to see a lot of that given our defense. Carr is playing very well tho and has a very good collection of targets.
This is going to be a tough game.
