Chargers released RB Dreamius Smith from practice squad, per source. It was done to make room for OT Tyreek Burwell.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.
    The Wasted Decade is done.

        The Dreamius has died!
        Prediction:
        Correct: Chargers CI fails miserably.
Fail: Team stays in San Diego until their lease runs out in 2020. (without getting new deal done by then) .
Sig Bet WIN: The Chargers will file for relocation on January 15.

Age doesn't have anything to do with health when it comes to the Chargers.

Who are the guys who generally play 16 games per year? The old guys with a history of playing 16 games per year. Rivers, Weddle, Gates. PEDs help. Liuget, Fluker, and Reyes are the only young guys who play every game.

Who hasn't played 16 games? Every one of last year's draft picks missed games. Te'o and Butler are usually hurt. The guy we can't afford to lose, yet always do, is Melvin Ingram. Every safety who isn't Weddle misses games. The only old guy we have who gets hurt a lot is Floyd.

I like that, this year, unlike last year, the guys we drafted do not have a history of injuries in college. So maybe things will be better.
