TFL specialist to rotate in with Tillery and JJones.
‐‐-------------------------------------
Round 5/164. Dontay Demus WR X Maryland.
Proto type X receiver coming off injury, creates late round value.
In the Lombardi offense, the X receiver gets lots of touches. It doesn'tdhave to be expensive production. Palmer. Demus. Even Jason Moore.
-----------------------------
Round 6/194 Isaac Taylor-Stuart CB USC
Athletic. Size. Chiefly Outside Corner. Developmental. The potential is clearly there.
----------------------
Round 6/215 John Ridgeway 1T Arkansas
6'6"/320# HS state heavyweight wrestling champion. Good leverage, power, anchor. Fully capable of making plays in the backfield. Steal snaps from Linval.
--------------------
Round 6/216 Pierre Strong RB South Dakota State.
Same size as current RB population. Good vision, hops, receiving.
-----------------------------
Round6/220 Nick Ford IOL Utah
Position flexibility over perfect Outside Zone scheme fit. Powerful. Has had snaps all across the Oline. But not particularly mobile.
--------------------------
Round 7/242. Brant Kuithe. Flex TE Utah
Competition for Nabors/Anderson.
-----------------
Round7/256. Frank Ladson WR Speed Clemson
Long striding deep threat.
Competition for Guyton.

We are gonna get HH'd here.
TT has his Palmer.
Some cap space will get eaten up by in house retains, Ddrwin's new contract, JH10 on the horizon, and hopefully a defensive splash move.
Finally, LAC will have a chance to build overall depth for dings, IRs, and improved play via snap/depth chart competition. We do not play modern football.

MikeDub’s contract will fit in with how Keenan’s is structured.
Extend Derwin now on a 5+ year extension but leave his 5th option year in place.
The same can be done for JH10 on a 8 year deal after his 3rd/4th season.
Get the max out of their rookie deals but extend early for player financial security.
Kyzir’s new contract won’t break the bank nor will our other in-house retentions.
The big question is do the Spani have the financial resources? My 2021 Adopt-A-Bolt List

McKitty can move. Good athlete.
Parham. Palmer.

The NFL salary cap is on its way back up after the league lost billions in revenue from the pandemic in 2020. The NFL and NFLPA have already agreed to set the maximum for the cap in 2022 at $208.2 million, which is a sizable increase from the $182.5 million.
I would not give 20 mil per for anyone but my franchise QB. Would say goodbye to both at those price tags and continue to fill the holes and improve depth.
I say we win a SB sans Mike Will be cutting production there and getting better everywhere else.Last edited by Leslie Grossman; 11-27-2021, 05:49 PM.
