LAR will counter with strategy to smother Chase in melted marshmallows and gum him up.

I thought about this on the freeway this morning: I can't drift into this Burrow v. Herbert thing because, in my rationale, Mike Brown winning a Super Bowl will force Dean Spanos to examine his business model in the NFL; and shift his m.o. from the Indianapolis Colts, to the Cincinnati Bengals.

Burrow has more playoff wins - since New Year's - than every Bengal squad in playoff wins in the last 30 season combined.

I understand that the Chargers are going into this season with the worst GM in the division, yet I strongly feel a Bengal win is beneficial in illustrating for Dean Spanos, the correct path forward. For him, his son, and Telesco. Therefore, if Mike Brown can pull his head out of his ass, so can Dean Spanos.

For native Angelinos, one of the only( if not only?) professional teams that started in LA, and spent a majority of their years in Los Angeles, I'm picking the Rams!
        SoCal or bust!

EDIT: Okay, just saw that they too moved from somewhere else( Cleveland)......still.....a Rams win would be good for Los Angeles.

EDIT 2: looks like the Kings are the only team native to, and remained in, Los Angeles. Learn something new every day.

Remember 30 years ago today, the Redskins were dismantling the Bills? WR Andre Reed threw his helmet, and that's when you knew one team had lost their composure. I agree with your point on Stafford, he has no big criteria to draw a conclusion from. But if I the focus is composure and metal toughness, then I am looking for Ja'Marr Chase to display just that, and for Odell to lose shit in the 2nd or 3rd Quarter.

Chase ain't no diva. Odell, OTOH....

            Great quote from Dick Butkus:

hope the @Bengals offensive line watches the opening scene from saving private ryan so they know what they are up against

If the game is high scoring, odds are rams win.... if the game is a low scoring defensive game, then Bengals win because Burrow is far more clutch than (pick 6)Stafford.....

                Go Bengals!!!

1st series Bengal DL dominates Rams OL. Pretty sure the Bengals got sick of hearing about the Rams DL all week
