    Getting annoyed with McCoy

Felt at the end of the first half should have called a timeout.

Felt Gordon should have received more touches.

Need to use the run more to protect rivers

    Just to name somethings

Hardwick had a good explanation defending McCoy at the end of the half. Basically, the Chargers couldn't make any chunk plays so it was a good idea just to regroup at halftime and make adjustments. And they wound up scoring on the 2nd half kickoff.

That being said, I would have liked to see the timeout called anyway. Go for a blocked punt or hope for a bad snap or something. If nothing happens, just take a knee at that point. What do you have to lose?

Chunk plays or sometimes a result of a great move or a missed tackle something we do with great frequency, just playing devil's advocate we run a safe swing pass to Melvin Gordon and he gets you 30 yards or so, but to not do anything and leaving a timeout on the field. I don't understand that sometimes it is just one play that can change a game.

          Prediction:
          Correct: Chargers CI fails miserably.
Fail: Team stays in San Diego until their lease runs out in 2020. (without getting new deal done by then) .
Sig Bet WIN: The Chargers will file for relocation on January 15.

I actually think the reason we did not call a timeout is because the team though they still had to stop the Bengals again. After the review of the fumble and calling it an incomplete pass, I don't think the refs changed the down to reflect second down. So after we stopped them on third, I think the team thought it was only third down coming up. TV got confused by it as well and when the time ran out and the teams were heading in to halftime, you could see McCoy walking out to the refs with an expression like WTF?

                1. Keeping Donald Brown on the roster is totally insane. Both the Coach and TT are responsible for this insanity. The highest paid RB doesn't even warrant being dressed out, totally insanity. This team is being poorly coached.

                2. Keeping an over the hill Jacoby Jones who showed nothing in preseason to earn a roster spot and already hurt, making the team play their number one WR as a punt returner is another stupidly insane move. Herndon should be on the team right now he earned the punt and kick return honors in Preseason and should be on the team. The fact he is not is all on the coaches and TT. They lost this last game without a specialist to return punts and kickoffs. This team is being poorly coached.

                3. Putting Tyrell Williams on the PS is another blunder. This team needs speed at WR, more than just Floyd. They can cover Floyd to easily not giving Rivers any other option but to throw dink and dunks will cause this team to lose a lot of games. The Bengals killed us with their speed deep time and time again. This team is being poorly coached.

                4. The experiment of putting Watt at center is killing this team. He can't handle the job and constantly needs help from the guards. Which they have enough problems of their own. The oline is terrible and shows no signs of improvement for the third year in a row. This team is being poorly coached. But it also includes the third year of TT. This is truly TT's team and he is failing at Oline for the third year in a row.

                5. The Dline also shows no improvement over the last two years. If not for AJ's drafting Cory Legit the Dline would just have a bunch of guys. No pressure on the opponents. This team is being poorly coached and poor drafting by TT.

                6. LBers. The inside LBers make hardly any plays forcing the majority of tackles to come further down field by the safeties. The outside LBers drafted by TT except for Emanuel are horrible and always hurt. Only Melvin Ingram shows some flash and he was again drafted by AJ.

                7. Clock management under the McCoy is horrible and giving away opportunities to score is completely insane. This team is being poorly coached by McCoy.

                8. The rest of the coaches are fine except for the Oline coach. They need a better Head Coach and a better GM. Those two are getting a failing grade so far in their third year. They need to fix the Oline now, fix the Dline now, fix the middle LBers now, better clock management, and bring back Tyrell Williams so this team can give Rivers another option deep besides just Floyd. That last interception Floyd was triple teamed and Rivers should never have thrown it, but that was his only option deep, no wonder the other team could easily triple team him.

                    an aside:
"Annoyed with McCoy" would be a good name for a podcast or a blog, from the upset fan.
"...of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong."

The only thing that really annoys me about McCoy is that Don Johnson still has a job!

While I think he is an intriguing project, he is very raw and I'll just point out that every other single team in the league just passed on the guy when he went through wavers so it's not like other teams think he is close to contributing.
