Adams won't be coming to the Chargers now that Rodgers needs him in GB. Just glad that Mike Williams isn't going anywhere, for now, in a cap friendly deal. I think its unlikely a WR will be drafted 1st round. Chargers really need D.

He will get paid $28 million in the first year. The majority will be as a bonus. That means it will be amortized over the life of the contract. Heck, if it is a $27 million bonus and a $1 million salary, that gives a cap hit of $10 million this year.

21m up front - 7m salary
but it eassily could be yours too
and as we see with other teams - it really doesn't matter what year 2 and especially year 3 is
