This are the types of games where I root for the stretchers for ruptured players ovaries. Nothing career ending.

Tonight’s game definitely one to watch. Josh Dobbs is most certainly an upgrade over Malik Willis at this point. I would argue over Ryan Tannehill.

The fact that he is more mobile, can roll out left and right; and throw on the run gives their run game another wrinkles and I see Derrick Henry can have more far side B gap looks. Which could be deadly. Also jax d likes to play fast and at time over aggressive. Would be interested to see how they play dobbs and how they pressure him. Would it be a lot of blitzing and try to get him running or contain. If they make him run, can they catch him?? I think the biggest knock for Dobbs would be his ball speed and arm strength, and let’s see how much that factors into this game. In another word, how far they make him throw.

This game has playoff implication and I see both going all out, jax team is young and what we see today is similar to what we probably get against them in the playoff. Titans wise, it’s interesting to see what they will call with an essentially NFL unknown in a QB with a few years under his belt.

Cool little side note and I don’t know too many footballer wise but Josh Dobbs’ major was in aerospace engineering back in Tennessee. I would be on the side that said he is pretty capable of retaining and processing a playbook. As far as his play speed can play his mental speed, that is waiting to be seen.
