BTW, that was a beautiful offensive game plan that Jacksonville ran out there today. Quick plays and mixing it up. Trevor looked really good out there. That sort of thing usually beats camping out in the pocket and looking for the open guy.

They've been going backwards for some time.

Problems that cropped up last year are still around:
exhibit A - having to make hay on 3rd down, because the previous two were unsuccessfull
exhibit B - getting outplayed routinely in the 3rd quarter.
exhibit C - a 3rd/4rth down run alignment where the players are put in a poor position.

When do you pull the plug?

We can follow-up on this after the game, but the plan was to fix the offense in Season One and fix the defense in Season Two, as I saw it. That said, I see those both being done, with the new caveat that Keenan has played one half of football this season. I'm going to withhold judgement until I see this team at full strength.

Been watching pro ball for 45 years, I'll repeat: the Chargers are a season away. RT + WR need to be addressed.

Those that want to defend Staley that’s fine however there is no defending leaving Justin in this game. I’m having serious doubts about Staley right now especially after all the additional injuries today.

Telesco is responsible for both of those. I wasn't fond of Pipkins at RT and Norton as your depth. WR - just no speed other than Guyton
