Can we agree that we are concerned about the depth at EDGE + WR, right now, in order to make a run, and second, do we or do we not make a move to address that now prior to the November 1 trade deadline? I think the best move is to do nothing and conserve the picks for April as we'll need everyone of them come 2023 season. I just wish GM John Dorsey were making the picks instead of Telesco.

I would argue that we haven’t used as much analytics as we should have compared to last year, and that’s one reason for our losses. The KC is the most obvious example.

maybe TT and spanos realize this team is not as good as people thought on paper...... so they are NOT going to add anyone..... adding players costs money..... KA was forced to be active a week or 2 too early because they did not want to be forced to sign another WR.....

Great organizations add players even to good or great teams...... 49ers added mcaffre, KC is adding odell bechham..... Chargers are more injured than anyone, yet we add no one.....

Woodeye, do you subscribe to the notion that the Chargers' 13 personnel has slipped in one year? I think the 13 personnel needs a complete reworking, top to bottom. Add a player at EDGE. A CB to replace Vato, who Staley won't invite back in 2023. And add WR. I believe we are too weak in those four areas of personnel groupings to compete in 2022 in the playoffs, in comparison to the Bills + Chiefs. It will take another year, IMO.

I've been thinking about that too. It seemed like the Chargers could put anyone out there at receiver and Rivers could find them.

I love every TE you mentioned, but I don't want to leave my fav TE out of the equation: Dawson Knox

When Knox makes the tough catches late in the game, the Bills win. When Knox drops those passes, the Bills lose. I've witnessed that phenomenon for the last three seasons.

Travis Kelce is also the ONLY tight end in the league that is free-lancing 100% of his routes, and is working with the caveat of knowing everyone else's route tree and he doesn't infringe on their routes. That's novel.

Should be an absolute stud but coach only wants to run the ball regardless of the score. Will not thow more than 13 passes a game. Mariota gets 130 passing yards every week. Against the Charger run D that will probably work!

Actually had to drop Pitts in fantasy, was killing me.
