No they're not. Tillery was playing less. The run defense was bad even without him playing. The run defense is that bad. The team needs better linebackers. Kenneth Murray and Tranquill are liabilities at run stopping. The DBs aside from James need to do better. The run defense is bad even though they have good run stoppers in Austin Johnson, Sebastian Joseph-Day, and Morgan Fox.

Yep - Chargers need to win thats for sure

a bunch of teams with 3 losses - don't want to get in the group with 4
I have no idea what to expect - crazy day though

win loss records.... those stats do matter.....
Ekler is not as good as Mccaffrey..... and their other RB is better than all of our backs and DB's.... no.... we are not as good..... athletically our DB's may compare but our coaching is far worse..... our coaches dont have a clue how to maximize using our players....

WE both lost to KC..... Chargers have not beaten a good team or a good QB..... 49ers blew away the rams...Chargers cannot blow away anyone..... not even bad teams.... Chargers strugle to barely lose or barely beat bad teams because we are badly coached..... consistently losing close games to bad teams is a big sign of bad coaching.....

We have worst defense in NFL..... you argue that 49ers are not as good as their number one defenisive ranking because they lost to KC, BUT REID and mahomes score on anyone no matter how good they are, whenever they want to or have to ..... because the current NFL rules make it easy to score often and quickly if your coaches are willing to run an aggressive smart passing offense.... almost impossible to stop them....

Chargers game plan is not to score lots of points...its to run ball, even badly, as long as it milks the clock keeping the opposing QB off the field, which lowers the total score and gives our defense fewer opportunities to give up more points.... the reason staley goes for it so much is he knows how bad our defense is..... odds are greater that Herbert will find a way to get a first down than our defense stopping anyone..... our offense gets slower, more grounded, and lower scoring each week....with our OC avoiding any passes beyond the first down marker until we are way behind.... (like marty)..... Defenses have causght on to our simple play calling..... Run Ekler, run Ekler and dump off short pass to Ekler (who is double covered) and pray he can elude people for a first down..... which he sometimes miraculously does....
