KA is frustrated. We all are, I suppose the team is too. Unfortunately WE can’t beat bad teams for them, they can only do that themselves. Winning is winning and mouthing off is mouthing off, and they are not the same thing at all, sorry KA.

If not those 3, then Jaimes and any other backup. It seemed to really help Pip. For me, Pip needs to be re-signed.
Coaches can't require a guy to go train in the off-season. The NFLPA would be all over them. That's strictly up to each individual Also the team doesn't pay for that, the player does. Guys drafted in the later rounds probably can't afford it after only their rookie salary.

I'd be surprised if teams don't at least pay for part of off-season programs that are shown to improve performance.

          Like the great raider oline?

We suck at drafting and developing RBs, we need to consider all options to produce a run game imo.

                38-10 loss to terrible Jax
                37-23 loss to Seattle

I wouldn't call those losses "barely lost"

A good O-line can make even an average RB look good. They can make a good RB look great...and they can make a great RB look elite...

Jeez, just dunno about that guy, last year was all about the Year of the Norton. Now, he’s lucky he has a seat on the bench. Flip, meet flop, and I’m flummoxed.

Ok. How about the team strongly recommends that the player train with Manyweather in the offseason? And if the player doesn't and isn't improved, then most likely won't make the team next season. ; ) I wonder how much it costs to train with Manyweather. Are you sure the team isn't able to at least help with the cost?
