it became clear to me that we are capable of doin' in the Dolphins.

It's not over yet. Last season the Bengals were in about the same position as the Chargers are now, having lost two home games in a row and falling to 7-6. But they went on a run, got into the playoffs and made it to the Super Bowl. The Chargers just need to get their injured players back and avoid any more injuries to important players. Getting Pipkins and Linsley back next week will solidify the OL. We need to get Mike Williams and Joey Bosa back on the field, and Donald Parham. What is the word on Sebastian Joseph-Day?

true..... but real reason Spanos will never hire a real coach..... is $$$$$........ players salaries are paid for with required Cap money.... coaches salaries come out of profits outside of cap..... so that is why they hire the cheapest GM and coaches they can find and they have to be nice soft yes men...... or they wont be hired..... Spanos will never pay a real coach or give a real coach full control, like Payton would require.....

Bingo. They're cheap. They aren't willing to spend the money necessary outside of cap for winning culture. It's been true since Norv.

For a LOT of posters,
it happened during today's game.

27-13 Raiders.

If our season were to be over already
what would posters have accomplished ?

I pine for meaningful snaps,
and player development.

May "Chargering"

If the Chargers had the best defense in NFL like 49ers do, and a great running game, great OL, and speedy receivers and a big fast strong TE, then yes, you would be right.....

But Chargers have one of the 3 worst defenses in NFL and absolutely cannot stop the run....when you cannot stop the run you do not win many games......

Dolphins are much better than Chargers on offense and defense......
