Dear John Spanos,

As the 2015 season has now concluded, I am disappointed with the outcome as my expectations as a season ticket holder have not been met. I was charged full price for tickets to a team full of 3rd and 4th stringers and practice squad players. I watched our team’s coach sit on the ball and not use a timeout to force the Bengals to punt with 57 SECONDS left in the half. I watched our offense run the same delayed draw on first down seemingly 1000 times this year. If me and the people sitting around me know it’s coming, I would guess highly paid defensive coordinators of our opponents knew it was coming. Thus so many 2nd and 9 situations.

I have very little confidence in our leadership, especially ownership.

Throughout a trying season, our owners never wavered in their dedication or commitment to crapping on the city of San Diego and Chargers fans. I firmly believe the decisions made today and moving forward will not accomplish anything, as Mike McCoy coaches scared.

No thanks at all for the unwavering ineptitude of the Spanos family. Know this for a fact: I will never spend one penny on season tickets or merchandise for this team if it moves away from San Diego. My support for the team is until death if they remain in San Diego, but ends immediately if a move is announced.

"It was very difficult to come to this decision," Spanos said. "It's been 14 years that we've been working very hard to try and get something done here. We've had nine different proposals that we've made, and all of them were basically rejected by the city.

"Over 25 percent of our business comes from Riverside County, Orange County and the Los Angeles County area. Another team or teams going in there would have a huge impact on that. I think that is what really was the catalyst that got this whole thing going because when the Rams decided to make their move there, this was a move to protect our business more than anything, so we find ourselves where we do right now."


So the move is really to protect the over 25%... and a shrewd move as well since people in the OC and IE are known for their love of LA, and the under 75% part will likely evaporate.

McCoy probably argued the difference from '13 and '15 were the injuries and not having Whisenhunt. Bring him back in and then McCoy pleaded he can turn the team around.

My question, with '14 and '15 so injury riddled, someone has to rethink and have a different strength, conditioning and nutrition program in place.

If the injuries you talk about were things like calf muscle pulls, you might have a point.

How in hell does strength, conditioning, and nutrition keep things like livers from being lacerated? Or knees from blowing out? Or ankles from being broken?
