I want to keep 9 OL
and 3 QB
and 4 TE
and 4 RB/FB (5 with Dotson)
and 6 WR.
Thats 26-27 players So Hightower, Dotson, the FB or an OL plus another guy isn’t making it. I think the FB is toast. Plus either Dotson or Hightower. Tough choices coming up to get down to 25. Who is a better STer, Dotson or Hightower? Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.
The Wasted Decade is done.

I think Dicker will be the kicker. The Chargers owe Hopkins $1.1m of salaruy - so maybe they can make a trade and another team takes on his salary. Like the cowboys - maybe their kickers will not shine
Granted, I don't expect much from a Hopkins trade - maybe a 2025 7th for a 2024 6th or something like that

6 WR
4 OT
3 OG
2 C
3 TE
2 QB
3 RB
When Dak Prescott was injured and missed 5 games early in the season, the roster looked like this:
5 WR
3 OT
3 OG
1 C
4 TE
3 QB (including Dak)
3 RB
Going into the playoffs in Jan, the offensive roster looked like this:
7 WR
4 OT
2 OG
1 C
4 TE
3 QB (Dak was not injured)
3 RB

If we've seen Tre McKitty's ceiling, then Horvath is far more useful to keep on the roster.

And I don’t see anyone here championing McKitty.
Horvath's a core special teamer - I wonder if he can transition to TE4? There's not much future for him at FB.
