    Shepherd WR3 (due to PR2/KR2)
Bailey RT2 (I read we signed a new OT today)
    McFadden LG2

Typically, the veteran in a head-to-head competition is given the benefit of the higher ranking. So I understand Hopkins being listed at #1 over Dicker. Even though I suspect Dicker will be the guy who ends up with the job.

By listing ASJ and Ja'sir as 'or', an attempt is clearly being made to light a fire under the ass of EACH of them. Clear as day.

McFadden as LG2 means he's everything they thought leading up to drafting him. Happy about this. Excellent sign.

Hightower keeps making plays. Somebody's going to have to displace him to make the roster.

They have Guyton at No. 5 on the depth chart even though he's on PUP list. They must have confidence his knee will be ready to go by Week 1. Hightower is No. 8 behind Keelan Doss. Josh Palmer is No. 3 ahead of Quentin Johnston.

See what the unofficial depth chart looks like ahead of the Bolts first preseason game

Yet another long pass to QJ. Wow this could be the start of something special.

The implication is that it is all mystical or entertaining. What is called "chargering" is really "underachieving." It is often accompanied by aspects foolish and self inflicted. It is unacceptable.

I see the beginning of "chargering" as occuring in 1962, when Sid Gillman, for all his football genius, foolishly committed a front office contractual snafu. Jack Kemp became a Buffalo Bill and beat the Chargers to win the AFL title.

Staley must have diligent, relentless attention to detail. This is the only way to end the misery.

Man it sure would of been nice IF TT drafted a OT in this last draft! There wasn't one OT he believed could help our depth anywhere in the draft?

McFadden was a very good college tackle. Like Salyer, he is being moved inside. But if he pans out they have two position flexible guys. So in a way TT drafted both an OT and an OG (and perhaps C, where McFadden has seen some TC snaps) with one pick.

                  Very true.
But don't you think the Chargers underachieved in 1964 and 1965, with Kemp at the helm in Buffalo being decisive ?

                    Interesting.

I see Sheppard there as WR7. Where did you get WR3?
I see Hightower burried deep where you see him WR4?

But....lol, ( here we go) it doesn't mean anything right now! This depth chart today is really meaningless.
I think Dicker will win the K job. I think Brendon Jamies will get cut.

As for TC, well it's why I'm not here much. Don't care much about TC. I mean its cool in the sense that it means football is near and Preseason is right around the corner but
As for getting excited about players doing well in TC....well cool if that excites you, and I'm sure it does many. But then we end up with posters slobbering over guys like Bandy and claiming our coaches are idiots if they put him on the PS because some team will snatch him up fast lmao. Rarely happens.
I will say id like to hear about Woods tackling better but they really aren't really hitting 100% like they would in games.

I just care that we don't get injuries TC and Preseason. I understamd why they don't play starters much in preseason or at all and they get plenty of practice in scrimmages.

True and looks like that's a good thing as backup OT seems weak. Hoping Sarell learned a few things at Dukes camp.

On the depth chart JM is listed as a backup OG and that's the plan for him. He wasn't drafted to play OG/OT. WE just signed an OT from the USFL for depth. Would of been nice to draft an OT and someone who could develop as an OT and be placed as a back up OT this season, as opposed to this USFL guy who seems like he could be Storm Norton part 2.

Neither was Salyer but he was the best option for us. Now he is going back to OG. Hoping the USFL guy works out but.....it's the USFL so we'll see.
