That's the construction company and who financed it. That company and the leasing company are not going to build a $270M project without a contract for
a long term tenant. And who is that tenant? None other than our Chargers who will be paying the rent, it's not going to be free.

Forbes announced the Chargers revenue will be over $500M for 2023. And the franchise is worth upwards of $5B. To say they can't afford Harbaugh is
ridiculous. Hiring such a guy will definitely take a bite of Spanos' profit. In as far as the financials go that's the only reason they wouldn't hire Harbaugh.
Of course there are other reasons related to fit, power and personality the Spanos may not like.
