Imagine if Telesco had traded down and avoided QJ last year?
Didnt have to, he could of drafted Kincaid or Flowers. Both of whom had good games yesterday.

We have 2 first round Wrs and 2 third round WRs on the roster and Alex Erickson was the leading pass catcher against Denver

        Alex and Easton.
        The connection is special.

Joking aside, I would want to keep Erickson around.
There are several ballers I want back, somehow.
        Alohi, Everett, Kelley.
        Character types.
        Gotta fill out depth.
The benefit of TT being gone is that we are
not necessarily married to his picks,
        ie Bosa, MW, et al.
Maybe we do play modern football.

Like those 2. Agree on Erickson, not a stud out there but a better option than Guyton has been. Saw he is like a 7 year vet. Never heard of him but he had 43 receptions in 2019 with Cinci.

It's pretty farfetched to think we'd get anything of value at all for them.
We won't . . . . . . . . . I'd say goodbye to Bosa, Eckler, Lindsley, Jaimus, Clapp, Davis, Parham, etc. MW can stay at a reduced rate, otherwise he's gone too. Keep KA, James and Mack. Get rid of the dead wood and live with the young guys learning curve next year (2024). Look to be a playoff team in 2025 . . . . . . . . . The new management will need at least 1 full season to purge the stench of Chargering and rebuild the team's culture - if that's even possible, it may take 2 or more seasons unless they get very lucky with the draft . . . . . .

WTH happed to Woods this year??? I know he had some kind of illness - but for the entire season? IMO we still don't really know what we have with him . . .

I like Erickson. He’s sure handed. Alohi yes. Everett is a baller who’s been underutilized. Kelley, meh. Big smile small production.

bright spots in an otherwise dark season? Dicker, KA, Mack, DD, Palmer came on but seems to get nicked. Promising in extremely limited action, Henley and McFadden. Jaimes may be a better back up C than Clapp.

Agree we won’t get picks for oft-injured, non-big time big time players the entire league knows we need to move on from. Gotta take those TT/Staley lumps. Best case, we simply dump the contracts and take whatever cap hits ensue while we move on.

We have draft picks, picking high in each round. We’ll have a new HC, new GM, and we play in a declining division. Things are looking up!

Kelley is a bum, not sure how 1.6 yards a carry his last 5 games is impressive.

                    Chicken or Egg?

None of our RB’s could run behind this Telesco built OL.

Do all 3 RB’s or OL stink? What I saw was an OL that always got dominated and DL’s that penetrated at will.

Good luck Harbaugh turning these skirts into pants.

I knew this would be the rebuttal... Sure the oline is bad, but that has been a steady decline this season after Linsley bailed. Kelley has never been explosive or worthy of RB1-2 and more carries. Give me a RB that doesn't need an all-star oline to be effective. They're out there...

As you know 3 of the 4 weren't playing so that is irrelevant. Comparing QJ vs Erickson is fair, but I'd venture to say that if Surtain was on Erickson all game like he was on QJ, Erickson would have been invisible as well. I just hope we blow up the O and our new OC can get something out of QJ.
