Culture is part of the 'coach speak' vocabulary - and coach speak is something Staley does very well (it may be what he's best at).

Just win games and 'culture' takes care of itself - everyone wants to play for a winner.

McCarthy wanted to slow down the passing attack and run the ball more
Ekeler gets permission to seek trade

Add 2+2 and i think we gonna see that vertical attack and high scoring offense we all wanted.

          Moore Dallas O was in 22 8th run, 18th pass, 4th scoring
          '21 - 9th run, 3rd pass, 1st scoring.
I don't care how we get there, finish drives with TDs.
Everyone, Moore included like Herbert's arm strength & accuracy. We'll mix it up. The idea is keep opponents off-balance.

            High end stuff.
Get dialed in on our specific draft needs.
We do not play modern football.

DAL was top tier in Red Zone scoring.

              TDs > Figgies, LAC !!

Thanks for this post. Not he said she said--- but what Moore did with his O front.
I was high on TE. I'm back. Mayer / Washington.

                  Lots of 12 Personnel.
A TE lines up in the backfield,
with wide dispersion and lots of
options for running holes vs varieties of defensive packages.

We will be able to run due to aggressive and excellent playcalling courtesy of Mr. Moore.

It is also great to see "Downtown Bret Kollmann" now providing LAC content.
We do not play modern football.

"improved culture"? as in the culture of choking? well that didnt improve. might've been one of the biggest choke jobs yet.

I'm guessing Moore will also dial up some more creative blocking schemes than Vanilla Lombo...AND passing schemes...one of the things the commentators mentioned in that awful Jags playoff blowout is how Lombo's pass routes are usually NOT complimentary...just very little creativity or planning...

Moore sees NFL offense through a different lense.Former QB and successful young vet OC. He wants the O to play on their toes, know where and when for all 11, has answers for "what if"s. It's going to be fun.
