It would suck. How would you feel if Zay Flowers or Jordan Addison go over 1000 yards as rookies for the Ravens or Giants next year while Bijan turns out to be more Najee Harris than Saquon or LT? None of this is an exact science, especially in the bottom half of the first round. I'd rather gamble on a more important position than RB.

I think it's more probable that Robinson will be a great player than it is for Zay Flowers or Jordan Addison. I don't find anyone raving about Addison or Flowers on the same level that most are of Robinson.

Telesco could pass on Robinson and pick what you deem is a more position (that's debatable, especially with Ekeler about to turn to 28 in May and enter his seventh season), but I think he would look foolish in doing so. Not that it matters if Telesco looks foolish at this point, considering he's far below A.J. Smith in accomplishments.

Sorry, i think Gibbs is going to surprise a lot of people. Probably can't handle more than 10 carries a game between the tackles but is an overall better player or should I say playmaker. I can see him with a 1000+ rushing and 600 yards catching easy.

I don't care who it is. I want a running back capable of gaining 1,200-to-1,500 yards behind Herbert for the next five years.

But...I'm also not going to take your scouting credentials seriously, either. No offense.

Agreed that a trade back that nets us an extra second or third would be ideal, unfortunately that hasn't really been our MO. If we want a WR, I'd also worry about falling behind the Ravens at #22 and the Giants at #25. The EDGEs in play around our pick in most mocks are Nolan Smith and Keion White, I don't know enough about either of them to endorse one or the other but I'd also be perfectly happy with EDGE in the first round.

You guys are dreaming. TT has never traded back. We talk about this every year, but it never happens, just like he's never brought in an impact player in the middle of the season to address deficiencies.

I would take eithe Bijan or gibbs if they're available. I laugh when they say he will go mid second round. I would run to the podium if for some reason he drops to even the top of the second round. Comparisons are Alvin Kamara...

I won't be disappointed if we get Gibbs. At 200 pounds he's a little lighter than I prefer, though. Robinson is 220. Saquon Barkley is 232. Nick Chubb is 227. Jonathan Taylor is 226. Josh Jacobs is 220.

Christian McCaffrey is 205 pounds, so I can be more than happy with Gibbs if he performs to that level.
