I'm game for first round on down for a TE. For me Kincaid #1, Mayer , Musgrave round 2, Washington round 2 if he is there but projections are he won't be. But to me he is more a blocking TE with some decent catch ability.
LaPorta round 3-4, Kraft round 3-5, Whyle round 5-6. I haven't watched any of Schoonmaker or Kuntz or Allen. Figure we will get one of the above.
Kincaid isn't known as a good blocker but can improve with coaching but he absolutely has great hands and YAC ability. Gates wasn't a great blocker either.
Let's say Dalton Kincaid is there at No. 21 (the draft board I follow has him the 3rd best TE in the draft) but Bijan Robinson is also there. Who do you pick? I'd go with Robinson because I see RB as the bigger need, and, as you note, this class is deep in TEs in the lower rounds.
Would you be opposed to drafting RB in round 1 and TE in round 2?

Nope, but only for Bijan. No other RB id draft in round 1.
