To be clear, I'm not a Kool-Aid drinker. I recognize a lot of short comings on this squad. I just have a hard-time with the knee-jerk dismissal of what the new guys are trying to do. Until we have a better sense as to what the team is doing scheme-wise it's really hard to judge. Some of these players have been deemed unfit for the league. But until these guys are plugged in to this system, I dont think you can make a definitive statement. So I'm suspending judgment. All I can say right now is that I see what they are trying to do overall and I think they are heading in a positive direction. And another thing I can say is that for the first time in about three years, we have direction which is exciting. I really felt like we were just drifting the last few years. We'll see how things look in a few weeks.

This approach of being cautiously optimistic or giving the players, coaches and front office time before you negatively judge every minute detail of every aspect of the team and transaction they make seems like a genius idea.

However, I must warn you. Your voice here will be muffled by the constant, obnoxious and all inclusive negativity that a few here have so eloquently decided to share with us as often as their internet access will allow.
