The Chargers for some apparent reason never seem able to sweep the Broncos (though if Herbert finishes the game, they more than likely win both games last year) so to be safe I have them going 3-3 against the division (could easily also be 2-4)
I don’t have them sweeping the Raiders either.

And until they actually beat Belichick again (haven’t since 2008) I just can’t get my hopes up and pick them to beat the Pats.

What's it like in Nashville in January?

If the Bolts played the Titans in Nashville in January, wouldn't that most likely be a playoff game, and therefore, a good thing?

Weather in Nashville is all over the place. Last year, the weather over the holidays had 4 straight days of never getting over freezing. The year before it was 77 on Christmas. Usually though, it will be in the 30s or 40s with a lot of rain - miserable to watch a game in.

I like it. It's more than a football team, it's a billion dollar business competing with 31 other billion dollar businesses. It's marketing. IMO, a little creativity is refreshing.

Hope you’re right, but they haven’t swept the Broncos since 2010 (I believe) and my guess is, we’ll be out coached one of those games and nothing will change.

I'm old school. I'm 66 years old. Go ahead, call me a boomer fossil. That's what I am. I started watching the NFL in the 1960s. Marketing football with cartoons is anathema to me. If the Chargers want more fans, there's only one way to do it - win. No amount of marketing cartoons is going attract fans to this team unless the Chargers win. This will be all I have to say on this subject. Last year I got into a protracted argument with a poster here who I like, and don't want to go that route again. But I felt the need to express my opinion about this.
