Well, there goes the "Inactive Invisible Dot" theory put forth by some people...
      22 - TE Mason Taylor
      55 - RB Quinshon Judkins
      86 - DL Josiah Stewart
      125 - G Dylan Fairchild
      158 - C Jake Majors
      181 - WR Donte Thornton

With the new fair catch rule, do we really need a back up kickoff returner active on Sundays?
Like, how am I a traitor? Your team are traitors.

You would think one of the CB's or wideouts could be a de facto backup returner...

I don't know how the rule is going to play out during the regular season, but in the preseason games I watched, I don't remember seeing a single game where the returner fair caught the ball on a kickoff...

I read that report. Sounds good to me - lets take a look! I also read early in camp that Dot was balling hard to learn ST, he knew from the start it could give him a path to the roster. Maybe Dot does play a role on ST that gets him active every week.

then its Moore stirring his jug of wizard juice as the game roles on, looking down the bench and thinking - hmmm, hey Dot - get over here for a minute. Got a potion for you to drink!

Yep...early this season, we may see Moore trot out Dot for a special play or two a game, that they have practiced many times before...kind of like the way the Saints use Taysom Hill on gadget plays...Dot is our RB version of Hill...now later on, as Dot hopefully continues to excel, we'll see him on the field more often...

Hill and Dotson arent close to the same player lol. Hill is much bigger for one, he was a QB for 2.

Im all for utilizing Dotson but he isnt a slash type player. Id think Davis would get some special plays with his speed before Dotson but we'll see. Dotson is also a lot bigger than Davis. Has 35 lbs on him.
Im for whatever helps us score a lot of points no matter who it is that helps. Just didnt think that player was going to be Horvath.

Remember, I said, "Dot is our RB version of Hill." Obviously, no comparison when it comes to position, size and style. The comparison is utilitarian in nature...the idea of a change of pace from what the opposing D has seen...

Lol, when you compare Dot to a player and then tell us there is no comparison, we get confused. Then after you say there is no comparison, you tell us another comparison, we become disoriented. I know you play 3D chess but you konw we’re just drinking shots … be careful bro!

Actually, the original comparison was intended to be an approximate, extrapolated version of an extended metaphor of a comparison to a player from another team, playing a different position, while still preserving the original intent of basically saying that both players can be used on an occasional basis to participate in gadget plays to confuse the opposition...
