Everett is average, the rest below average imo.Isiah Likely is already better than Everett and is the Ravens backup. It's why I'm big on Bowers. Weak group, he is a huge upgrade and I'm for upgrading Parham too with a cheaper FA signing. Maybe when we trade a couple or so players we can get Tommy Tremble in a package from the Panthers.

Just another thought. Panthers have cap space. No idea if they would want Bosa or MW. But thinking a pick plus Tremble. Dude is a good blocker. Isn't used much there in their offense.

I truly think having a great TE is everything in today's NFL. That one position, when elite, or even great, tends to consistently make an offense very difficult to defend.

Probably will be a somewhat unpredictable playoff setup. The top seeds won't be dominant teams, Ravens can be beat, but so well coached and great personnel decisions.

Brutal loss for the 49ers. Half the OL went out along with Purdy and they just got worked by the Ravens on both sides of the ball.

I don't know I've seen any safety in the league play better than Hamilton this year, thats no knock on DJ but Ham is having an All-Pro year. quibbles about a TE getting a handful of passes doesn't change it.

But I havent quit on DJ, that poor guy got Staley'd long and hard in 2023 - its rattled him inside out imo. He in particular got Staley'd all over the field from all angles all day every day. He went from confused to unsure to eventually dejected. He wasn't alone - all Charger defenders looked like that this year.

I look forward to seeing Derwin with a professional DC and understandable / executable system next year.
