Ok just going through this thread....this is a game prep thread folks. Way too much ownership/new coach discussion going on. Lets keep it about the Vikings game please. If your posts are about Staley and not trusting him i totally get that. You can bash him all you want in this thread but lets keep it about his next game against the Vikings. We dont need to go way off script here.

And speaking of off script...please let Herbert roll out and use his legs to buy WRs some time. Man i used to love watching him get flushed out and move. He is so good off script.

For those who care, the point spread has moved from Chargers opening as a 1.5 pt favorite to the Vikings by 1.5 this week. 3 points is an awful big shift in 5 days with no QB injury. Must be tons and tons of money being bet on the Vikings.

The money is talking. Chargers on the road against a team that can put points on the board with a matador defense

With our track record, can you blame them??? Some folks probably feel it's a lock.

A Matador Defense...hmmm...does that make our D the "bum steer"?

Okay, and we just let just about any bum steer of a wideout charge right past our red cape to the house...

Who’s gonna cover Justin Jefferson? He’s one of the most productive WRs in the NFL and we can’t cover Tenn’s middling guys. Not a good match up for our defense. So it probably comes down to the Chargers needing to score at the end of the game and we’ve seen that movie twice in a row with a disappointing ending.

Jackson with single man coverage. Hahahaha.

Staley would say his scheme is perfect….players just need to execute.

My guess is this scheme will soon execute Staley.

Fair assessment, I would just call our defense a bunch of rodeo CLOWNS 🤡🤡🤡 (think the show Baskets with Zach Galifianakis)

We’ve seen the future with Tuli. I hope he gets more snaps against Minn. he’s earned it. Loved him on the field with Bosa and Mack.
