This is the correct answer in many ways

But the main thing is and thanks TopCat - it is Joe Horvitz

But the Ravens and Steelers seem to have a vision of what they want - especially on defense. For Telesco' - it seems the defense never has an identity of a unit . Its just whatever each year

Do they see the player and think the same thing for the scheme, the fit etc

That doesn't mean Pioli and Belichick got along on every pick - but basically - if the two parties are in lock step and they know what the style of play is and the scheme - they would like similar players

Brad Holmes and Dan campbell were hired independently of each other - I actually like that model myself

Manti Te'o, Jerry Tillery, and anyone else from Notre Dame. Telesco would have traded up for Rudy Ruettiger.

Well realistically the Bears and Raiders and Chargers will probably be the 3 jobs for Harbaugh to consider in 24! Bears will probably be the first choice, Davis will probably offer the most cheeder and the Chargers will offer the best QB to work with! That being said, if the Chargers don't win in the playoffs this year, Jeff Ireland as our new GM & Jim Harbaugh as our next HC could be incredible and the perfect combo to get us over the hump!!!
