If Wilson is avg, the Jets win if not than we eek out a win. Jets defense will shut us down though and we wont be able to move the ball as easily as we did against Chicago.

Moore and Herbert outside of the Vikings and Bears game have been off. Hopefully I'm wrong like I was last night but I think that Jets DL makes our OL give up pressures like in the Cowboys game.

I think Moore and the offensive coaches need to go in with the mindset of more protection for Herbert - if that always is keeping a TE back there - but need to make sure they give Herbert a chance to make a play even if only 3 or 4 are in the pattern, Pass rush really hurt against the Cowboys and Chiefs - so hopefully they don't make the mistakes again

Jets are way way better on defense...... greart pass rush and great LBers who jump short dump offs ...

NYJ is #5 pass D, #31 run D. #26 scoring O, #31 pass O. We should win an Ekeler- Kelley game if Moore has his act together.

This game will solidify the fact that Ekeler CAN NOT run against real defenses. Josh Kelly needs to play well and the WRs need to actually get open against a good defense.

Chicago (#5) is WAY better at run D than NYJ ( #31) and he had a pretty good night. I expect Ek & Kelley to have a good game vs NYJ.

I don't. We still can't run between the tackles. The #31 run D for the Jets is a bit deceiving. That's because their offense is really bad and punting
a lot putting the pressure on the run D, especially late in games when the D is tired out.

I expect we'll have to rely on the short passing game just like we did with the Bears. Palmer is probably out. Still don't know about Guyton. So expect
Ekeler in the passing game. Hopefully QJ contributes.

If we play a clean game where Herbert doesn't get intercepted and please no batted balls at the LOS, then a close game that we can win.

It was a breath of fresh air seeing Ekeler back in the short passing game for Herbert.
