I see this as another game like tonight, an offense that can't move the ball, and has one of the worst QBs in the league. Averaging 182 yds per game passing, has thrown 5 INTs to 4 TD passes. They needed a miracle to beat the Giants, who had a UDFA at QB most of the game, who had -1 yard passing. The Jets' defense is better than the Bears, but the Giants ran for over 200 yds on them today, more than half of that coming from Saquon.
If the Chargers play largely mistake free football like they did tonight, and the defense plays as well is it did against the Bears, the Chargers should be be .500 after this game.
And Derwin needs to be more aware about when to make the INT and when to bat the ball down.
Ceasers Sportsbook has the Chargers +2. The other sportsbooks that have published a line have the Chargers -1.5.

Jets are way way better on defense...... greart pass rush and great LBers who jump short dump offs ...
This game will solidify the fact that Ekeler CAN NOT run against real defenses. Josh Kelly needs to play well and the WRs need to actually get open against a good defense.
The Jets' offense averages 16.4 points per game. (Their defense has scored 1 TD and 2 safeties.)
Their pass offense is 2nd to last, 164.3 yds per game. The Chargers' defense is the worst in the league. So the Chargers' biggest weakness is nullified by their biggest weakness.
Their run offense is middle of the road, 109 yds per game, behind Breece Hall. It is the "strength" of their offense. But the Chargers' run defense is 6th in the league (who'dathunkit?), averaging 93.4 yds per game surrendered.
The Jets defend the pass well, 5th in fewest yards allowed per game (184.4). The Chargers' offense is 5th in passing yards per game (258.9).
But the Jets don't defend the run well, 2nd to last, surrendering an average of 144.9 yds per game. The Chargers are average running the ball, 103.6 yds per game.
Simply put, if the Chargers play the type of game they played last night, they will win.

I watched a clip of Derwin’s interception and it feels like it literally fell into his lap. I don’t know if you could bat it down in that instance.
One other interesting stat of note for Chargers @ Jets.
The Chargers' defense is 9th in sacks with 23, averaging 3.29 sacks per game.
The Jets' offense has given up 24 sacks, an average of 3.42 sacks per game (8th most).
So the Chargers are just about guaranteed to get to Wilson 3-4 times.
The Chargers' offense has given up 15 sacks, which is 9th best, just slightly more than 2 sacks per game.
The Jets' defense, as good as it is, doesn't get to the QB all that well, they only have 17 sacks through 7 games, which is below average.
The Chargers' +6 turnover differential is tied for 4th best.
The Jets have a +3, tied for 9th best.

He got two hands on it, just throw it to the ground without possessing it.
