This guy Polomalo he commands a room. You will have his attention. He will have thier attention.

I think another guy who is a star who deserves an interview is Jerod Mayo.

So with this team where we are at. It’s a tear everything down moment. Justin Herbert Tutu that’s our team. Those are the two leaders.

This loss will be made all the worst when Zay Flowers has the biggest game of his career while QJ won't do a thing. You know how they say after a receiver drops a pass the best thing is to throw to him again? QJ is not that guy. Panthers will be looking for receivers next year. I say move him once we confirm Williams and Palmer can start next fall.

Having played in the NFL is nice, but it's not a requirement. Andy Reid and Nick Sirianni, neither played in the NFL. Neither did Bill Belichick, nor Kyle Shanahan. It's nice, but certainly not a requirement for players to respect you as a HC.

Needing an organizatoin reset doesn't mean they should hire TP. its outside the box, i'll give you that but I don't see it - he's not even a coach. knowing football and knowing how to be the leader of a football team aren't the same thing
