I thought Fehoko was picked up later in the season...didnt see alot of snaps? Big bodied, physical receiver...tools Harbaugh may want to work with, so he gets a shot in TC...played at Stanford...was Shaw still there? Maybe Dave told Jim the kid is worth it as a reclaimation project...

They signed Fehoko immediately after Mike Williams went down in Week 3. So he was with the team from week 4 on, 14 games.

Paul Allen the long time play by play Vikings announcer today said that former GM Rick Spielman isn’t lying when he said MIN is going to move up and give away a 2025 1st to get it done. Implying that this was purposely leaked and that Spielman still has contacts in the NFL and is very tied in to the Vikings.

Wouldn't doubt it.
Spielman is both knowledgable and a bit goofy.

All the Minneapolis sports media has said that Jefferson was made a part of the process by KOC early in getting a rookie QB. He could of just said, “F it, I want out!” when Cousins wasn’t resigned but according to every media source and all the podcasts, it’s unanimously believed that KOC called him and brought him into the draft process as to what they want in a rookie QB.
Part of why so many here think MIN is locked Into getting a QB high in this draft.

Quentin Johnston is going to be vastly improved this season and catch 50+ passes for 750+ yards and score 8+ total TDs.

Wishful thinking or do you think QJ is capable of doing it?

I don't know what kind of numbers QJ is going to put up but I feel he will have a break out year this year.

QJ lost confidence last year and had a shit coaching to help pull him out of it. Harbaugh will get him right.

We ran the ball like 431 times last year and we passed it 640 times a game it will be closer to 50/50 this year. I don't think it will be as much as Baltimore runs because I thing they will use Justin less in the run game as much as Baltimore uses Jackson to run.

Two things to consider that I have seen get lost over the past few pages.

1. Tannenbaum (and sounds like others, according to ESPN) believe AZ may just take a QB at 4. They want out of the Kyler deal and want/need a QB on that rookie deal. Believes they would trade Kyler for pretty cheap (Vegas?).

2. According to Florio and Simms (PFT), many GMs in the league prefer Nabors over MHJ. They are solid on that belief and have mentioned it many times.

Two things that may or may not be true but could have a dramatic impact on us if both/either are true.

I was just listening to the Purple Daily, a Vikings podcast. I’ve listened to them for about a month now because of all this QB talk at 5 which they’ve been on for almost 2 months now and they were saying that there is talk that certain QBs have flat out told NE not to draft them…
The roster is a tire fire and they saw how Mac Jones was treated there.

McCown is the QB coach in MIN and he was a high school coach/ mentor to Maye.
They just worked out Pennix and Rattler.
