There was a reason he only signed a 2 year modestly priced contract. Health was the biggest and as we can see now he cannot stay healthy. Good thing there is an easy out for the Chargers this off-season.

Cap space isn't a problem - they could figure out how to trade for Trey Hendrickson - but with the trade for Oweh, thats not going to happen

The problem is draft capital in 2026. But they can always do a pick swap type trade.

Pray that we can get a quality OL with a 2nd. If we can even bolster the IOL even, we may be able to survive with our current OTs since Herbert can have a pocket to step up into to avoid a rush.
