All right. We got what I call the A team, Harbaugh and Hortiz. We have imported winning. No one should underestimate the importance of that.

As for the Raven’s drafting style, it’s known as drafting for value. Taking the highest rated player on the board when it’s your time to pick with the proviso that they fit your system. And doing the work required to know who the highest rated player is and how they fit into your system.

We had a poster kicked off the board a few years ago for ranting about TT’s scattershot drafting style. He was a value drafting enthusiast. Perhaps we’ll see him back under a third user name.

Please so much winning I’m struggling to keep up! This is surreal. Finally got a hold of my Chargers fan buddy in NYC was driving me nuts. Anyways we plan to attend games again next year for the first time in over a decade. Spanos is going all in and we plan to be there for the start of this rebuild and Spanos Inc and Harbaugh have our full support for a while. A long while.

So excited to watch this come together.

Real happy with this hire. I do hope they hire an assistant GM as well. Just another way to get compensatory picks once they are hired away as GMs.

I think JoJo and the rest of the scouting department probably stays until after the draft is over.
