Then there are Hortiz, McGuire and the scouts.
Hortiz is in charge of building a cap compliant roster that will win now and in the future but he's not deaf to Harbaugh.
Tough spot but he wanted it. Hortiz is in charge of Harbaugh's Chargers player acquisition and retention.

Agree 100%. The bottom line is this franchise has not won a title in 61 years. A culture change was needed and it has begun. Whether or not they succeed is yet to be seen. H&H have my support.

We were AFL Champs in '61, AF Conf Champs in '94 and AFCW Champs 10 times, last in '06 to '09. No SB Champs.

I miss winning the AFCW every year. .

I admit I’m not a huge fan of the original series. I find it kinda campy and I can’t really stand Shatner. I’m a huge fan of next generation, deep space nine and didn’t hate voyager as much as others. The new stuff outside of discovery has been really good. I really like strange new worlds.

Imagine what it would have looked like if he didn't inherit Rivers.

How long is he the Chargers GM if he didn't inherit Rivers and how aggressive would he have been to get a QB.

He gets partial credit for Herbert from me because he was simply going to take whatever qb was left that draft at pick 6.

My guess is that he would have gone all in on Mariota whatever year that was.
