Cyrus did play very well last year.
Based on how he played last year, vs how the guys (Barksdale and Okung) have played. Not counting Lamp, who I like a lot as an OT, but he still has the rookie learning curve to get over.
I'm not saying I would sign the guy, just saying that when he is on the field, he is a better player than the OT we have. The OL rebuild is a work in progress,

Im not done with Benji quite yet. Maclin is proven but older than Benji. Not sure we would be willing to pay him what he wants and clearly he would be mire of a number 3 with Allen and the Williams boys fighting for the 2 spot already.
if it was later in the season and we had injuries its a no brainer but i think our WR core is strong enough...lets wait for a DL or safety cap hit guy.

I feel confident with our WR group as it sits, no need to throw more money at the position. Wouldn't be surprised if he ended up back in Philly, who is suddenly hurting for WR and run an offense he knows,or to a team like the Bears who really need WR help and may be willing to overpay.

Maclin may not get much of a look now, but once the usual rash of TC injuries happen, or some team needs a rookie to step up and doesn't, he'll get into to TC and help some team. He just needs to find a good situation for himself. But there is no chance it is with us.

The dead hit on Benjamin isnt cheap. Check out TPB links on his numbers. Then you add a guy like Maclin who will make at least 3-4 million this year. Thats close to 10 million to a WR. Just wont happen with how much money we have in that group already.
