They will have decent FA money, right? so IOL in FA and offensive weapons in the draft (WR and TE in the first 2 rounds)

The rest of this season is going to be fun to watch. The Chargers will be in every game, and even if they lose a few they are still going to make the playoffs. It's been a looooooong time since we've had this.

At this point during the last 5 seasons, we were wondering what the hell was going on!

I'm guessing Henley did something that caused Staley to stash him in the doghouse...no birthday boy announcement for him!

Other than consistently going for it on 4rth and 2 from their own 18 yard line, Staley was an extremely conservative coach.

He'd rather depend on cunning, dependable, over the hill veterans who had a grasp of his pattern match defense, rather than risk going with a wet blanket like Henley last year.

His job was on the line entering the season.


The 49er radio team loved Henley in the preseason game last year.

Win this Monday and it really improves...and I get from a numeric perspective its hard to go miuch higher than 98.8% - but the fact is, they will own the tiebreakers over so many teams below them. Basically two game leads on all the teams as of Monday would be huge.


But those are pretty good odds after 10 games - thats for sure!
