Ya never know. Maybe by mid season?

He's a UDFA for a reason, as Anthony Lynn would say. And those sound like pretty compelling reasons.

Two big RBs who are excellent at pass pro and swing passes.
        --Najee
        --Omarion

Receiver draftee who both represents an X deep threat and can get open relatively early in routes on slants.
        --Tre

        Experienced IOL.
        --Zion
        --Boze
        --Andre
        --Mekhi
        --Trey
        --Jamaree

Developmental IOL late draftee/UDFA who won't get poached.
        --BTaylor
        --Kaltenberger

This ended up being how the Chargers "fixed the offensive line".

Let's hope Rashawn does not want to wait for a monster UFA contract.

The Chargers will open the pre-season with the Hall of Fame Game against the Lions. That means they will have 4 pre-seasons games as opposed to 3.

Chargers will open 2025 preseason slate in annual Hall of Fame Game

I just saw the funniest video on CBS.com. They were going through the AFC West, rating the draft by team. The pundit started ours with something like "at least this year and last, we are not wondering who these mystery guys are being drafted by the Chargers" AHHHH The ghost of TT pops up again. I am so glad he is slipping into the rear view mirror.

Drafted OL has to be good enough to start early or they will have to be slowly developed.

The NFLPA conditions do not allow for practices which hone skills.

              Scherff/WHernandez ??

The only other possibility would be getting really lucky on a late round gem.

              That's it in a nutshell.

As far as WRs go Trey and MW will compete at X along with Rice, KLS and QJ will compete at Z, and Ladd and DD will compete at slot, IMHO. They will likely go into the season with 6 WRs. Not sure who the odd man out will be, Maybe Rice.

They also have Reagor, Fitzpatrick, Grimm, and Johnson who are also on the roster. Looks like the will have 11 WRs on the roster again going into preseason.

                  Mississippi State.

                  Another smart, experienced camp Center.

It was eye opening to see the Ravens sign Thomas Perry as a UDFA.

They have already Linderbaum, and seem to be content these days with smallish centers between big bad guards.

Here's your fix for that one......"And DD will back up Ladd in the slot, learning all he can from a young master....."

DD is a very good KR/PR and he did catch that TD pass on an incredible throw by Herbert.

Everyone worrying about the G or C position..

Last year after the draft, Joe Hortiz signed or traded for Bud Dupree, Elijah Molden,Tony Jefferson, Hassan Haskins and Taylor Heinicke.

I would expect owners love bad pre draft analysts because it draws attention away from players they want.
